Diversified Applications, Concrete Raising Reliability.
One of the benefits of raising concrete with polyurethane, is the availability of reliable material. Our polyurethane foam materials are specifically designed for different applications, from lightweight residential concrete raising to high density polyurethane foam material for heavy highways and industrial flow projects, underwater settings to loose soil stabilizations, the GEOFOAM poly difference is in the results.
Deep Foamjection uses the same basic process and equipment as polyurethane concrete levelling at nearly any depth through especially designed pipe systems which are driven down to various depths as required. The material is introduced into the subterranean environment as a premixed liquid. When the liquid solidifies into a foam underground, it acts like mother nature's tree root system.
This process stabilizes and strengthens the environment mitigating the root causes of a structure, road, or concrete pad from settling. Basic concrete lifting may or may not be a permanent solution since the end results of injecting mud or polyurethane just under a slab and getting lift is only as good as the environment it is sitting on. With Deep Foamjection you are addressing the root cause of the problem at various depths.
This is a sample of the most common products, this will vary widely by region and contractor.
RR201
$2/lb
Lightweight and fast reacting, this foam is ideal for residential concrete lifting. This 2.5 lb. per cubic foot density foam has a fast reaction time with less spread. This provides more control in the lifting of the concrete slabs.
RR401
$2/lb
High density foam for lifting heavy slabs is ideal for highways and industrial flow projects with heavy traffic. Engineered to be stronger for lifting larger slabs. This foam will stand up to heavy loads and high traffic, and exceeds specifications required by D.O.T.s.
RR401FAST
$2/lb
FAST 4lb foam is designed for a more controlled lift and for jobs that require less spread. Reacts in 10 seconds instead of 19 seconds. Voted best concrete lifting foam for beginners!
RR401G
$2/lb
Designed to set-up in wet or underwater conditions, without compromising the foam or density. This 3-4 pound hydrophobic/ hydro-insensitive foam is a two-component polyurethane foam like RR401, but is a gas blown foam product.
RR501
$2/lb
Formulated for joint stabilization and undersealing, when material flow is required. With a slower reaction time and further spread this foam can travel a great distance which is excellent for undersealing and stabilizing joints on rocking slabs from slab curl. RR501 polyurethane foam is formulated for stabilization, not lifting; therefore, RR501 does not have a high expansive force.
RR601
$2/lb
Developed especially for infrastructure repair compliant with the US Department of Transportation (DOT). Please contact a rep for more information on this cutting edge product.
RR600 | Single Component Soil Stabilizer
$2/lb
Used for saturation grouting, the material is saturated into the ground through a point. When cured this will bind and stabilize loose soils. When saturation is achieved, the point is retracted and more material is installed. This produces a solid column amidst loose soils. Points of cured soil binder offers support to a slab.
FS201 2lb Foundation Spray Foam
$2/lb
Creates moisture barrier, seals all cracks, provides a waterproof foundation and was developed to have a fast reaction time to avoid dripping when sprayed this also replaces the taring process.
HF202
$2/lb
A hydro-insensitive polyurethane foam specifically designed for jobs where water or moisture is present. This 2.5 lb. per cubic foot foam was designed to set up in the presence of water and to maintain dimensional stability in wet environments. HF202 is great for residential applications..
FS201 | 2lb Foundation Spray Foam
$2/lb
Quick reaction times and low density make this foam great for lifting smaller lighter slabs. Hydro-insensitive. Maintains dimensional stability.
HF 402
$2/lb
A hydro-insensitive polyurethane foam specifically designed for jobs where water or moisture is present. This 4 lb. per cubic foot foam was designed to set up in the presence of water and to maintain dimensional stability in wet environments. HF402 can be
used for residential, commercial and/or industrial applications.
HF402FAST
$2/lb
The same strength as the HF 402, but speed of the HF 202 for less spread. Recommended for shallow Deep Foamjection sub-grade application, faster reaction time makes it more suitable for lifting.
